Dialogue As A Strategic Foundation For Healthy Work Cultures

Meaningful conversations build meaningful work relationships. Meaningful conversations are at risk in today’s work place. There is a call for health care leaders to address this fundamental issue. Meaningful conversations are central to meaningful work experiences which invite creativity, innovation and increase productivity during transitions. Dialogue skills connect people through meaningful conversation which taps into the collective wisdom of each person resulting in collective learning.

The CPMRC staff are experienced dialogue facilitators and have brought the skills of dialogue to diverse work settings across the continent. The process and outcomes of using the principles of dialogue to transform the work cultures will be shared.

CPMRC provides diverse opportunities for you to bring the skills to your setting and experience dialogue: on-site workshops, teleconferences, books, video tapes and customized planning and learning experiences.
