This is a way for executives and managers to tap their own personal and professional wisdom
through using self introspection tools and one on one interaction with an experienced guide or
coach. Through this process a leader can gain clarity on their current reality, and identify
future directions. The focus areas for each meeting with the executive guide will offer
information that challenges personal thinking, and offers strategies for expanding personal
capacity by tapping
wisdom and experience. To be successful as a leader it is imperative that
