Building Team Capacity With Partnership and Dialogue


In the changing, complex workplaces of today there are foundational skills that build a team or groups capacity to grow and be effective in their work. This workshop offers new ways of thinking, relating, and working together through information, interaction, and reflection. The key principles of partnership and meaningful conversation or dialogue are explored and applied to everyday life. These are skills that apply to home, work, and community which are used to honor and tap the rich learning in diversity. It is a way of thinking and being with each other that positively impacts individual interactions and all team initiatives in an organization.
