A one-day workshop that will create new possibilities
for individuals and work groups to improve their work cultures.
In your work place...
- Are there personal behaviors and group dynamics that drain people instead of energize them?
- Are you in need of new ideas that will provoke the wisdom and contribution of each person and advance
the success of your business or service?
- Is there a desire to stop cycles of ineffective problem solving and conflict management and learn
new strategies?
- Are you looking for ways to offer hope and help people who feel overwhelmed and paralyzed by fast
paced change?
- Are you looking for new ways to move beyond the limits of hierarchy to create
partnering relationships?
