The most important legacy a manger can leave as their contribution to an organization and society is to have worked toward developing a healthy workplace and in the process experience healthy growth themselves. There are reliable tools and strategies available and being used by hundreds of managers now that help them be successful in the multiple aspects of their roles and create this legacy. This experiential workshop centers on gaining clarity on core understandings around the manager as partner and leader. It offers content, interaction and personal reflection around each role responsibility including, strategic planning, financial management, human resource management, quality management and customer satisfaction. Underpinning each of these areas is learning more about ways to engage in productive shared work and decision making.
